musing -  Lake Superior never fails to bring beautiful sunrises. That is what was the inspiration behind this minimalist Lake Superior painting.  It is my favorite point of a sunrise, like a surprise of the brilliant sun, the opposite of a sunset but just as breathtaking.  This is a hard edged painting that glows as the sun peaks over Lake Superior's horizon.
