frinding - If you have lived on Lake Superior in the winter you probably have witnessed this scene.  This minimalist painting is a frozen Lake Superior horizon.  It is when the blue water turns into an icy grey white landscape, the horizon is a sliver of silver grey that lead to a grey white sky.  When standing on shore you can hardly tell the difference betwen the ice and the sky.
